Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Lumora. Below you will find all the information you need about how we process and ship your orders.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
During periods of high demand (sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.

- Australia
- Most European Union countries
If your country is not listed above, please contact us at support@shoplumora.com before placing your order to check availability.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, local postal services, and customs clearance. Lumora is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.
- United States: 7–15 business days
- United Kingdom: 8–15 business days
- Canada: 10–20 business days
- Australia: 10–20 business days
- Europe: 8–18 business days
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for certain destinations at an additional cost.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your cart. We periodically offer free shipping promotions — check the website for current offers.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Lumora ships internationally. Your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Lumora has no control over customs processes and cannot predict what charges may apply. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering if you have concerns.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking information. If the package appears lost or there has been no tracking update for more than 10 business days, contact us at support@shoplumora.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
Lumora will offer a replacement or refund for packages confirmed lost by the carrier.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Lumora is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at support@lumorabeauty.com as soon as possible — we will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but this cannot be guaranteed.
